Paperex 2022 which was scheduled on 9-12 January 2022 has been postponed to 10-13 May 2022 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, Delhi, India, taking into consideration the health and safety of exhibitors, trade visitors, industry leaders and partners following the recent increase in Covid infections and travel restrictions imposed by various state governments across India.
With overwhelming support to reschedule from the industry including support from IARPMA, IRPTA and other prominent associations alongside industry leaders JK Paper, Trident Group, Parason Machinery and other key institutions, it is the collective industry view that May 2022 would be an ideal time for industry stakeholders to meet and do business in a safe environment.
“This is indeed a good decision to postpone Paperex to May 2022, as by then the pandemic situation should ease out. Thanks for accepting our request for postponement and look forward to a grand exhibition in coming months,” commented Indian Recovered Paper Traders Association.
“It was a wise decision by Hyve under the current circumstances and prioritizing the people safety first. We feel that keeping this exhibition during May will be more successful. Many of our customers would be ready with their annual budget for 2022-23 and it would be good time to have the f2f discussion,” added Valmet Technologies.
Preparation for a large-scale biennial event needs long-term planning and ongoing investments from the organizers on various aspects of the show. Paperex remains thankful for the support from the industry and look forward to together delivering a grand event in May 2022!
